I feel the ability to see how they use all the time. We notice our products are being used in all sort of strange ways that we are not aware..they thought that they were weird and hacking our solution and was afraid to tell us.. i thought they are doing super cool stuff.... early stage, getting user feedbacks help a lot.
Decode the best help/service for the user. If the best help is to "not giving help" (with a genuine explanation and future direction), man.. that would be a superpower.
