Is using an AI chatbot for your customer service lazy?
Cutting costs on customer service by automating the process could be seen as a disservice to a paying customer. Perhaps i'm wrong.

I don't see anything wrong in offering instant customer support available 24/7 to global customers. Why do you think it's not suitable for customers? Have you tried any before?
