Hey,
I am a founder of Autory.ai we wanted to launch today but aren't now. We sent messages to 100+ sign-ups about the launch.
This is not something where we want to add another feature or the system is not perfect yet.
The core tech is not working yet.
So what did we learn?
1. When choosing a very challenging technical idea. Multiply the time needed by 2. Every feature implemented took extra time
2. Deadlines create pressure. All three members of the founding team put 80+ hours in this week.
3. Don't tell people an exact date you are launching except when you are done.
4. Emotion management is difficult. Work/thinking is hard to start when you think it's too big.
Hope you are kicking ass and would love to hear your advice.
