Just lost my 70days Streak 🥺 I have seen many people lose their Streak around 70 days.
Im just wondering is there any psychological reason like people lose consistency after 70 days or something like that?😄

How do I keep up with this streaks. Is it like I have to show up everyday or do a particular task. I jct need to understand what I am doing

@obumneme_okoye hi Obumneme , to maintain the streak you have to just log in to PH at least one time for every 24hours continuously.. but keep in mind that this works in Pacific time. You can see your streak count in your profile
