I feel like my list of things to do is growing longer faster than I can keep up with it! Anyone else feeling the pressure of launching soon? If your launching soon, what are you doing to keep up with your list of to dos?

To stay on task and manage the demands of a launch, I prioritize my tasks using a combination of digital tools and traditional to-do lists, ensuring I tackle the most critical tasks first each day. Additionally, regular team check-ins help us stay aligned and quickly address any emerging challenges.

First off congratulations! It's a big deal and you have started a great path. Here's what I would do. 1. Get organized. What do you need to do. 2. Outlined repeatbable daily tasks, like responding to comments 3. Delegate tasks to freelancers if it's too much

Yea. Last time we launched, we experienced the same pressure. Try making a list of to-do things. Ignore the unnecessary ones and prioritize the most important ones. You can also put off launching a few days.
