I am a big fan of Notion and figma, they help us so much with work. But I would also like to recommend our own product. We just launched our software called Tira. I'd recommend trying out NewsFeedEradicator browser extension, that *really* helps out to minimize the time spent on social media on mindless browsing and focus on what is really important :)

I see a lot of screenshot suggestions. Here is another. I use FireShot daily (screen captures). Tons of options including taking shots of entire web pages and exporting them as PDFs (does not matter how many pages) and the hyperlinks stay intact. It's really nice. Others mentioned Xnapper and Cleanshot so I will also check them out.
