Looking for AI API hub tool

Hey everyone, Anyone knows of a tool to centralize all my AI API keys? I would like to have one place to enter my openai, anthropic, heygen, leonardoai, stable diffusion, elevenlabs, etc api keys. And handle all the features of these apps in one place. Api would also make it more cost efficient for me, rather than paying 10 subscriptions everywhere. Thanks for the help!
