Mass issues across Twitter, FB, IG, YouTube, and other large news sites

It seems a day before Twitter’s Paid API update some of the biggest social and news sites went down for several hours. I don’t think it’s an AWS issue. Elon tweeted both internal and external issues occurred today. Any ideas on what happened? https://twitter.com/elonmusk/sta...
