One Man Show or Building a Team?
After the validation step of an idea is completed. How do you proceed with building your product?
Do you prefer to start all by yourself and when the product acquires enough customers and we have the means to expand, then we start thinking about building and scaling a team?
Or, we should start by defining and organizing the team before any work is done?
I know that there aren't any rules to this, especially it depends on the project size, budget, complexity, etc..
I just wanted to hear what do you guys think and how you approach building your products?

I think it depends on skill and time. Ideas for new product can be done on your own or with a team, although bringing that product to life requires skills that you may or may not have. If you’re starting by yourself and began the design and planning stages you may come to a point of, can I make this myself or do I need help? The other side of it is if there is an existing team, you may ask yourself do I need them or am I able to accomplish this on my own? Lastly, for both cases; Can this be accomplished in the allotted time I’ve been given or made for myself to complete this?
