OpenAI's GPT-4o, everything has changed?

It’s insanely good. Meta and gemini might have to up their game.

With the release of the API, I think in a few weeks, we're gonna see some amazing products come up on Twitter and Product Hunt :)

I just received the message by logging into ChatGPT. I'm trying it now and I have to say that the first feedback is really excellent, especially regarding the speed of responses. I reserve the right to do some more tests :)

The 2x speed at 1/2x the cost is a gamechanger for us :) it's a great time to be building applications on top of their foundational models

This is really cool!! It still is very limiting when it comes to solving advanced computational problems but seems like a cool update.

i am just amazed by its performance. speed is just amazing. i don't know what is google doing? maybe they are planning something big?

The demo was super cool, wrote a breakdown about it on Twitter. The voice model is remarkable considering the latency improvements.

I've been testing it with text content creation/editing, and I've noticed a drop in quality. It seems like their push to increase speed and cut prices for the masses might be leading to compromises on quality to keep their own costs down.
