Paid ads or Organic content marketing?

As a new bootstrapped startup, I'm trying to determine the best channel. Do you lay the organic groundwork first then amplify with ads? Or get an initial paid user base and transition them? We have limited resources so want to focus energy where it matters most for sustainability.

It depends. If you have any budget, it will boost your your process. In other hand, organic traffic is appropriate way of long term sustainability.

It depend of your target. Organic is typically cheaper on the long run, but you want result or feedbacks quickly paid ads is better.

There are two ways to acquire traffic: finding your way in organically or purchasing your way in through ads. To achieve your goals, it's essential to employ both strategies. However, when it comes to running ads with a limited budget, you must emphasize the quality of the ad and how it's presented to the audience. Avoid low-quality and irritating YouTube ads. Instead, focus on engaging the audience effectively

Paid ads thrust you into the spotlight right away, capturing eyeballs and driving traffic with precision. But here's the twist - once you stop paying, the show often fizzles out. So, I prefer organic content, it takes time, but you're in control.

The two channels just work differently. Organic traffic is the basis that works for the long term. With the help of PPC, it is effective to carry out seasonal sales, for example. One does not replace the other but rather complements.

For quick results, do paid ads, for long term do organic. Since you have specified you have limited resources, I will recommend that you spend more time on creating a simple, clear and understandable brand message. Because no matter how good your product is, if they can't understand it faster, then a inferior product with good brand message is going to beat you, no matter what. Do this 2 minutes steps to find our if you have a good brand message: 1. Can a stranger with no idea about your business, can answer these 3 questions within 30 seconds of visiting your website 1. What is your product/service 2. How your customers life is going to change after using your product 3. How to buy your product/ service 4. How easy is your onboarding process

Depends on where you're at in the journey. I'd focus on the organic stuff first - test the outcome of a few campaigns and then start throwing money at something you've found to be most successful.
