@tymzap Get people to sign up to your coming soon page. Shows that you have reach. PH loves that. 100-1k is a good range. Use linkedin and your network. Write a great DM that converts. Most dms are horrible. So here you can have a lot of impact with little work. Build up to your launch day. Twitter. SoMe. etc. That's about it. And make sure your product is featurable, look at what's being featured, and then look at what's not being featured. Make sure your product is well within the featurable range, if you're not sure, try launching on the weekend when there is less competition. Featurable products excel in on of these metrics: 1. Creative 2. Innovative 3. Useful 3. Craftsmanship. A combo of one of these is all it takes.
I haven’t launched on PH yet, so please share your insights with me afterward! Our product is ready, but I’m still unsure about the best timing for our launch.
Sharing direct links to the launch page to ask for upvotes isn’t penalized by Product Hunt. Some of our backers thought otherwise, but it’s a myth. Using direct links actually optimizes outreach significantly.
