What goals have you set for yourself and what have you achieved?

Here is my overview of what I have set for myself and how it went:
π Visit some conferences.

Attended Bits & Pretzels in Germany
π Continue interviewing people on YouTube + create with from conference + informational video (talking head).

Did all of them (Interview with a co-founder of a video production company, Flashback from the conference + 5,000 followers on PH)
π Work on some new projects.
β There were some offers, but we passed it from me or the other side.
π Grow my socials and other platforms (current count: YT β 413 subs, LI β 2.7k+, Twitter β 1.2k+, Substack β 145, Threads β 55)

Grew and changed my way a bit: YouTube β 520+, LI β 3.5k, Twitter β 1.6+k, Substack β 250, Threads β 115+, Bluesky β 3.9k
π Obtain sponsorships either for the newsletter or for the YT.

Had another 5 sponsors for my newsletter.
π Give some interviews/speeches.
β I don't remember that happening. πThe last two were in Q3.
π Reach out to event organisers (conferences).
β I postponed it to a later stage β I need to be bigger.
π Finally start with the website. π

Yes, but instead of the portfolio I wanted to start with a different thing.
π Pick up some new activity or master an existing one (no matter whether photography, sport or anything else).

Trying languages.
π To get in touch more in person with people in my town.

β Attended several meetups but not as much as I wanted.

β I got into the TOP 20 LinkedIn accounts in my country contributing to business topics
β The project I am a part of surpassed over 5 million downloads on Google Play, time to conquer iStore
β 5k PH followers crossed
