Even though I work from home, I feel connected to millions through Internet 🤟 I'm working at Product Hunt and it is my first home/remote job. Loving it 😍 I feel in control of life, save a lot of time, and am learning new things everyday 😎 Check out my setup :)
Well my first experience was over 10 years ago (just a day a week). But I've always found having the extra time and space gives me a chance to think - which I don't get if I'm in the office.

My first internship as well as my first job, both were work from home. Although I missed the in-person meeting people in office & the famous tea-coffee breaks but working from home opened so many new ways to work as well as enjoy even when you are far away from each other but connected. So many creative ways/ games/ apps /etc were born which never made you feel the work pressure. The long screen time exposures were no doubt sometimes too much to bear but at the same time the feeling of being around with your family, taking care of them & also managing work has opened a little room for thought for those who had to stay away from their loved ones for all these Years long...just for their jobs sake. #LifeIsShort----LiveItWithYourLovedOnes! ❤️

Some years back I picked up a contract with Microsoft that was work at home. I really liked it, was working with people from all around the planet. Very fun and educational. After that, I did more projects with them, and my main requirement was always the same: must be from home. Why? Hey, I liked the people on the projects very much, but the commute was way too difficult. At home, I get started earlier and fresher. It's great.

I think I like work from home most because there is nothing more comfortable than working from your bed and sipping a coffee.

I started working remotely with the pandemic in 2020 and the first few months were a disaster. Too many calls. Not much work happening but still, felt worked up. Everything went wrong. But then I realized that it was my attitude. I had to embrace remote. I had to put processes in place to make it work. And 1.5 years from that point, I like remote. It works well for me.

Enjoying the garden, oh and much more peace and quiet than I'm use to.
