@elly_cho@ikiok To be fair, I struggle a bit as well. (Speaking for the introverts out there!) I guess this also depends on one's personality and the platform that you are trying to communicate with your community.
Like in LinkedIn and PH, these are platforms that need a lot of accountability and connectivity between your work and your company so sharing your profile makes more sense... I tend to use an avatar and hind my true name and face on Twitter tho since it is let's about the company/ the project that you work on but more on you.
