Hello everyone,
We are planning to start virtual startup talks where we will talk with startup founders, influencers or other people. We will talk about success story, challenges or any advice you want to give to others.
I will be happy if you can join us and provide us your valuable time for the interview. It will be free. Neither we pay nor we charge. It's all about sharing thoughts and building community.

As startup founders, what methods do you usually use or plan to use to get feedback from users? What challenges did you face in getting user feedback, if any?

Email campaign is a good option @polina_hutskevich . Other than that adding feedback form on the platform will also work.
They might not reply at first so follow up with them over email or over other platform.
There are other platforms like indie hackers, Reddit, building a good community there helps alot.
