Maintaining a balanced routine that includes regular exercise, healthy meals, and quality sleep is very crucial for managing stress and maintaining productivity in day to day life as of now.
I make a to-do list to prioritize tasks and break them into manageable chunks. This makes the workload feel less overwhelming and helps me stay organized.
I list out everything I need to do.
Then I ask myself: What’s truly urgent?
And What can wait?
I focus on the most critical tasks first.
I ditch the rest or delegate if I can.
Plan stuff out thoroughly, make a to-do list, then go through that list throughout the day. Focus on each individual task and not everything at once. A change of perspective can help immensely 💪
Daily meditation helps me a ton with stress relief. Also getting outside for walks, runs, or bike rides to refresh the mind and body. Something about being in nature just melts the stress away for me.
