As a technical founder, it's important to change the mindset from a software engineer to a real user-problem solver and team player.
Reading books can be one way to help. A few books that come into my mind now:
- High Output Management, by Andy Grove (practical management tips by a former engineer!)
- Crossing the Chasm, by Geoffrey Moore
- Positioning: The Battle for Your Mind, by Jack Trout & Al Ries
- The Hard Thing About Hard Things, by Ben Horowitz
What's your list? :-)
