I go to bed at 2 a.m. every day. In the past, I thought everything was OK, but recently I've found that my work efficiency during the day is very low. Could it be that I am getting old? 🤣
Is going to bed at 3 a.m. and waking up at 8 a.m. enough to consider myself an early-rising night owl?
It doesn't necessarily make me extremely productive, but I enjoy working late, and I naturally wake up when my girlfriend decides to rouse me with her grumpy noises.
