@patrick_kessler Hi Patrick, Yes that is how it works. PH counts votes btw Monday - Sunday, at the end of each week you receive the badge.

@martin_demkowicz Thank you Marcin. Our first priority was to get as much feedback as possible. We received a lot of feedback and also gained a significant number of users.

@justin_govy Thank you Justin! We launched on a Thursday, that is a competitive one. More competition means kind of risking your daily badge while you get more traffic and more attention so it is a plus for the weekly badge actually. Earlier in the week does not necessarily help because weekly rankings are not only based on the number of votes, and your hype ends after the launch day so not significant amount of votes are added after the launch day.

@dan_yes Hi Daniyar, I'd prefer an account with more followers, more users will be notified. It's not important if the founder hunted the product so I'd focus on notifying more users insted

@cem_ozcelik makes sense, thanks. But what if the product was launched already once (a year ago) by the founder, can I still hunt it from my account for example? I know that you can launch every 6 months, but can it be any person? Thanks in advance for your kind response!

@cem_ozcelik @dan_yes That's a great question. Although we have not experienced this case at first hand, we've seen some second launches hunted by different people than their first one, so it is possible to do that.

So it is important to reach out to the people actively contributing to PH community.

@jas801 Thank you Jasper! I would not consider our strategy automated, we've mostly worked on community building. To answer your second question, we believe the top factor was the product itself, marketing campaign helped it boost.

@marko_rakic2 Our first touch was one day before the launch and the second one was within the launch day. We would not want to spam people with notifications all over the week or throughout the day. We just wanted to remind them that we were launching that day.
