Takes a little bit of trial and error but a team that works excellently together is better that a team of individually excellent workers operating in disarray.
Here's the straight talk: there's stuff to tackle on every damn level, from business operations, to your team dynamics, personal mindset, and of course, the money side. Biggest pro tip I have? Write down a rulebook from day one and make sure everyone on your team gives it a thumbs up, but most important your co-founder(s). Saves a ton of drama later. πŸ‘ There's four levels you should watch carefully: Business Operations, Team Dynamics, finances, and Personal Mindset. πŸ‘‰ Business Operations: You think giants like Apple or Tesla got where they are without a strategy? Map out your game plan and, most important, stick to it. πŸ‘‰ Team Dynamics: This ain't a casual hangout. Know everyone's role. Too many cooks? Disaster waiting to happen. πŸ‘‰ Finances: Watch your cash. I mean... Every. Single. Penny. Budget like your business life depends on it – 'cause it does. Splurging without a roadmap? Might as well toss your money to the wind. πŸ‘‰ Personal Mindset: Get tough. Bad days? We all have 'em. The trick is to own your mistakes, learn, and hustle on. Bottom line: Business ain't easy, but with grit, a plan, and a no-BS approach, you're setting yourself up for a win. Give it all you got! πŸ‘Š

Identify a problem. Figure out how many people have that problem. Talk to as many of them as is possible. Figure out how to solve that problem in the simplest way. Solve the problem, tell all the people you spoke to. Repeat!

Don't build high expectations in the beginning and don't expect revenue to skyrocket and business processes to run smoothly as you start. Be patient and have faith in your idea, conduct proper research and define your value proposition:)
