@nevemind_com We try our best to do so within our own team. With Agile methodologies, we aim to ensure that everyone is self-driven while also keeping the team in the loop for backup or updates. Skills that we have to work on daily for sure!
Ownership, Speed, Innovation. Everyone should feel connected to the problem we are solving, able to quickly make changes and also innovate. Of course we will have fun while doing that! It is given
Innovative, Transparent, Resilient. I believe a team should push boundaries, communicate openly and bounce back from setbacks.
Transparent, agile, empathetic. Transparency breeds trust, agility helps adapt to changes, and empathy ensures we're user-centric. Culture isn't just buzzwords though, it's about actions reflecting these values. In startups, the right culture can make or break you.
