@katerinabohlec - I’ll add a few more to your great list:
- What problem am I solving? If you’re purely in it for the money then you’re bound to fail…
- How much money do you have - ie. run way. The more you have, the longer you can go until you catch a break/get traction = maximising chances of succeeding.
- Do I have a clear picture of what I need to do to begin? Ie. a business plan with clear cost models, revenue forecasts, etc.
- Really helps to have clients or customers going into your launch.
