"Dream Making in a Dream Taking World" is one of the books I always recommend to everyone.

"The Golden Rules: 10 Steps to World-Class Excellence in Your Life and Work" by Bob Bowman. He explains risk-taking for success and how to become more risk-tolerant.

Life changing for me, i'm actually reading it again is Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged. It's part fiction, part philosophy. It's a great paradigm change book. It's been fun reading as we go through this launch actually.
