"The Culture Map" by Erin Meyer The book was a real discovery for me, it helped me look at my experience from a different angle and start building communication differently. Multicultural teams require low-context processes: at the end of the meetings, the results are summed up, further steps are discussed, "minutes" are sent out, and the agreements are recorded. But writing down agreements equates to distrust in some high-context cultures.

The Almanack of Nava Ravikant has been my best read in terms of business and life. I'm able to reference some of his points even a few months after reading his book. I make sure to go back to the book every weekend or every fortnight because its just soo good!
