We worked a lot on publicity before and during the launch. Announcing on social that we'll be launching our pioneering AI tool, sending out newsletters, posting frequent reminders and updates on social on launch day, etc. helped create a buzz. I feel generating this kind of curiosity and intrigue among people helps a lot with the launch.
Increasing brand awareness beforehand, choosing the right marketing channels, and tracking what happens on the day of launch are all very important factors in making your launch a success.
