Companies are always trying to keep their customers so they can make more money. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do that. What do you think are the most effective ways to retain customers?
A good website user experience. If it's easy to use and solve a problem, most likely people will come back. At least that's my two cents.
By the way, we recently launced AnyGo, a platform to compare flying and driving costs, if you want to check it out. Thanks!
I think it depends on the sector of the company, so I'll speak on behalf of e-commerce companies: I think the UX/UI is taking over the customers' loyalty to the brand itself.
Start with understanding your customers. They are not just customers who pay money. They are people - with needs, expectations, life stories, experience. Once you listen and hear what your customers want, they will stay. And if you get luck, they will also invite their friends/family/colleagues.
Best marketing is word-of-mouth.
