launching on product hunt? think of it as a multifaceted mirror. it reflects user interest, but also serves as a heat map for potential pain points. yes, we crave the upvotes and hunt for new users. but let's go deeper. feedback loops tighten. it's an opportunity to listen, really listen. maybe you find a cofounder, maybe a critic. both add value. anticipate outcomes? more like embrace the unknown. that's where magic lives. don't sleep on partnerships. they often arrive in unexpected comments. honestly, it's like throwing a party. you set the vibe but can't control the playlist. measured expectations, unbounded curiosity. that's my mantra. it's not just a launch; it's a learning lab in the public eye.

Well honestly I would have loved for Product Hunt to be a not for profit community by founders and Startups for helping new founders and Startups. Yeah they just have to figure out how to keep the platform and community running from donations from successful Startups etc. Expecting founders to buy ads to promote launches on PH is pathetic. Please tell me how many founders launching on PH wanna pay $$$$ for traction??? I mean that is PH Expecting too much from the founders that ate just getting started 😳
