Just Jira.

Kraftful! Gives you instant summaries of 30+ user feedback sources, AI written user stories and creates tickets that sync to Jira.

I've ended up with Notion and Linear. I have all of personal and business stuff like documentation, documents, income tracking, meeting notes and much more in Notion. But i don't like to use Notion for the classic project management stuff. It's too clunky and slow for that, so i use Linear instead.
Hey, you know what's been a game-changer for me as a product manager? AiToolsKit.ai – seriously, this thing is like having a productivity superhero by my side. When it comes to writing up project plans and updates, the AI writing tool is my go-to. It's like drafting with a collaborator who gives awesome suggestions to make my communication crystal clear. And guess what? It's not just about words; this tool even helps me out with SEO tricks. It suggests keywords that give our projects the spotlight they deserve. Plus, when it's time to roll out on social media, AiToolsKit.ai transforms into this social wizard. It knows what posts will resonate and even gives a heads-up on the latest trends. And did I mention marketing? This tool isn't just a sidekick; it's a full-on partner. It guides me through crafting strategies that get our products noticed. So, yeah, if you're a product manager like me, AiToolsKit.ai is your secret sauce for nailing productivity. I'll tell you one more thing – organizing my tasks and timelines has never been smoother, all thanks to AiToolsKit.ai. It's like having a personal assistant that keeps me on track. I can create, assign, and track tasks effortlessly, and the best part? It even helps me collaborate with my team seamlessly. So, from content creation to marketing strategies, this tool is my productivity ace in the hole. If you're looking to supercharge your product management game, you've gotta give AiToolsKit.ai a spin. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

JIRA is a no-brainer for agile project tracking. For ideation and documentation, I love using Notion.

Hey Asher, I am working on https://thedrive.ai, which is a knowledge base/storage platform. Maybe it can be useful to you :)

I'm a huge fan of Asana for tracking tasks and projects, Notion for centralizing information, and Slack for streamlined communication - they're game-changers in keeping me organized, informed, and connected as a Product Manager!

I'd say Microsoft Project and GanttPRO are powerful tools for product managers and their high-performing teams. I've used MS Project for 2 years. But now our team uses GanttPRO as a great Microsoft Project alternative and we are totally satisfied. In this software, you can create tasks with lots of settings like statuses, priorities, dates, deadlines, progress, time log, etc. Thanks to the auto-scheduling feature, any change in your tasks, dates, or dependencies will be automatically reflected.
