What are your favourite automation tools?

I use my product to automate my workflow or other tasks. I worked at a job where one mistake could ruin my week's work and there were no programs to automate this entire process, so I created a product that would launch on the 18th. I would like to know your opinion about the product, I see that you have experience in this area :)
