What are your strategies for engaging your audience while building in public?
Building in public isn't just about sharing your progress, it's also about engaging your audience in the journey.
I'd love to hear some of the strategies you use to keep your audience invested and involved in your product's development.

Best
I use storytelling in my speeches. Dry facts won’t involve people the way an exciting story about how we tested a hypothesis. And I always ask for constructive feedback on the product, ask questions to the audience, and try to turn a monologue into a dialogue.
@renat_abyasov that's a great way to engage with the community, I'll keep a list of these thoughts and actions.
Indeed we test variety of hypothesis but probably don't share enough of our journey.
I would say asking genuine question to your audience. i.e Anyone good in marketing that have strategies to engage your audience? :)
But seriously, nothing works best than asking help, advice, feedbacks.
I guess most crucial is showcase how sincere is your effort in building the product, and transparent clear roadmaps. Finally gain the trust by making them a part of your team, one happy family.
