What do fellow founders think about the "Return to the office wave" that (Elon) started?
A fellow founder sent me this link about the Return to the office wave. As a founder of a company that has been fully remote since pandemic, I would love to hear your thoughts about this trend. What do you think about it? What is the main reason you decided to return to the office full/part-time? What is the biggest pain of working remotely that made you change your mind and decide to get back to the office?

I enjoy working remotely so does our team.
Wouldn’t switch back to the office system just because it’s a trend - doesn’t make sense for us. :D
Could be more applicable for big companies- might work for them.

@tadej_jevsevar yep I do miss watetcooler discussions at times - we make sure to arrange sessions for that working remotely.
@avadhoot_kulk nice. I would love to hear how you do it in your team. Like scheduled zoom calls or what?
