@srprs Totally, I'm a little biased because I'm an engineer at Slack :D But IMO they're totally different use cases. Slack is definitely more powerful but it's hard to justify the cost sometimes for a small startup

Let me bring in something completely different: Webex! It even has some nice integrations and it is very easy to use. Highly recommend it!

We mostly use Slack for team chats and Zoom for video calls.
At the moment, we're using Telegram, but we plan to migrate to Slack soon.
