What work-life balance? 😜
I don't have much balance but I try to get some sun everyday by eating dinner outside, and walk for an hour a day. My food is also usually pretty healthy and home-cooked. Cooking is my meditative break, and I enjoy it greatly. I also strum my guitar during breaks and on some nights get in some mindless shows on Netflix.
Currently I'm trying to rewind my sleep clock by sleeping 15-20 minutes earlier per day.
@chitterz Home cooked food is super! I do that too, because I put on weight when I was eating out.
Music is so awesome, I should re-pickup an instrument maybe :)
