@rashjbp Oh, how I understand you! I had the experience of constant snacks during work and I stopped understanding how much and what I was eating, it seemed that I didn’t really eat anything, but it wasn’t. After that, I kept a food diary for a while to get back to mindful eating.
Definitely prefer to keep them separate - usually manage to achieve this too. @nika_vinichenko do you think there's a difference in the behaviour depending on if you're in the office or if your WFH?
@domhnall_o_hanlon Thanks for the answer! When it comes to working in the office or at home, I think a lot depends on the office. In general, for example, my food culture is not very dependent on this. But once I worked in a place where it was forbidden to eat in the workplace, and as a passionate person, I ate only once a day - in the evening :)
