These are my 3 keys: 1. Having a motivated team with a clear common goal: I believe that having motivated people around who understand the common goal clearly is one of the key aspects of a successful startup. 2.Unique and impactful idea: Certainly, a unique idea that solves a problem for a large number of people or improves their lives is crucial. 3. Effective execution: Even the most amazing idea, if implemented hastily, poorly, or unclearly, will not yield positive results. Yours?

Its a human capital game eventually. How well skilled is the founding team/early employees - whether they have complementary skills, right network to get clients, etc.
