I'd say genuine user reviews are more influential for traction, but social media hype can definitely drive a lot of attention too. For product development, real user feedback is clutch to know what features to build next. But some viral hype around an upcoming launch can get people hyped to try out a new product.

I completely agree! Social media hype can definitely grab attention and create excitement around a product, but genuine user reviews are what really matter in the long run. Hype fades, but real experiences and honest feedback help us make informed decisions. I always look for reviews that speak to actual use cases and benefits .
