I feel it's good because you can't bore to do work. You can keep enjoying your work explore new things and learn a lot. Where some of the people believe that multitasking reduces your efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus on one thing at a time. When you try to do two things at once, your brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully. What's your thoughts on it. Please share...

For me bad, That's why I'm always searching for productivity tools that can help me complete tasks quickly. Nowadays, Chat GPT helps me a lot.

I think it depends on difficulty of tasks. It's usually better to focus on one thing at a time to get better results but if you're doing some task that is more on automatic side, you can multitask.

Multitasking can be good when you are micromanaging stuff. And if you don't loose focus of what's important and your priorities are set straight, I think multitasking can be a huge game-changer.

I used to think multitasking was a good thing, but these days I'm the opposite. I feel like I'm more focused when I'm doing multiple things at once, but sometimes I forget some small things to do.

I think it depends on the person and the situation. There are certain tasks that require some kind of steady concentration and others less so. There are other people who love multi-tasking (me) and others for who is completely outside of their comfort zone and causes unnecessary stress. Early stage start-ups require a lot of multi-tasking and I guess the key is to try and manage with who, for how long and with what.

We believe multitask is a must these days. You have to attend a meeting and write minutes of meeting and make personal notes as well in your daily life. So it can't be 100% avoided. What we can do is use the best tools available to be more efficient!

Tricky.. depends on the person.. if you can manage it, go for it.. if not just focus is one task at the time!

As a startup founder, I believe that multitasking can be both good and bad, depending on the situation. On the one hand, being able to juggle multiple tasks at once can help you be more productive and efficient with your time. This can be especially important when you have a lot of different things to do and need to make progress on all of them. However, multitasking can also be bad if you're not careful. When you try to do too many things at once, it can be easy to become overwhelmed and lose focus. This can lead to mistakes, missed deadlines, and lower quality work. In my experience, the key is to find a balance. There are times when it makes sense to focus on one task at a time, and there are other times when you need to be able to switch between different tasks quickly. Ultimately, it comes down to knowing yourself and your own work style, and figuring out what works best for you.

I guess multitasking keeps things interesting, but context switching is pretty inefficient from my experience 😅

The assumption is that switching rapidly from one task to another (being unfocused in the middle) is not nearly as effective as focusing on one thing for a long time (i.e. single-tasking).

Multitasking takes a lot of energy and requires better concentration.
