It's almost 2023, time to reminisce about 2022 and how it went.
Have you created any new habits this year that you'd like to continue developing in 2023? And are there any habits you'd like to leave behind in 2022 or turn into something positive next year?
I would love to continue making daily meditation a habit next year because I notice the benefits when I do it a few days in a row. I just get caught up sometimes and forget to do it!
What I would like to leave behind in 2022 is the constant rush I have been living in the past year and being more present in the moment.
