What interesting business idea have you come across?

It can be a quote, something you've read, or something you've heard. One of my friends had a good note: "The best way to validate something (he was referring to a product) is to implement a paywall." This makes sense because while many people might say, "Yes, I’ll buy it," only a few will actually follow through. So we separate the wheat from the chaff.
