What is conditions of "Contributor" and "Thought Leader" badges?

As I can see in badge list, for Thought Leader "People enjoyed the discussions you've created." and similarly for Contributor "The community liked several of your comments.". So, here what is that conditions? is there such number of upvotes etc?
