What is the main blocker or bottleneck in your job?

I'm constantly blocked by answers from stakeholders, and I can't fix it. Is it just my problem?

Their answers, or your answers to them? Mine is not being able to be in multiple places at once.

In the same galaxy, mis-alignment always sets us back. We work really hard to get alignment and consensus on decisions, however some things do slip through the cracks. I'm curious, how is your organisation structured? Are you able to get answers directly from your stakeholders? Or do you need to run your questions up the food chain?

@jennifersafox Usually it's organized in a direct way. But anyway, you need to keep traction on your questions and ping stakeholders, just to not fail internal deadlines

@stas_voronov I see! Do you facilitate workshops with the stakeholders all in the same room? I find those very helpful to A) get all my stakeholder requirements and B) get consensus amongst all the stakeholders at once.
