I prioritize making my audience feel like they're part of a community. I try to start conversations that spark genuine connections with my followers. And yes, I also sprinkle in some fun memes here and there😉
The most important aspect I consider when creating social media posts is value – the content should educate, inspire, entertain, or be helpful to my audience. Moreover, I strive for authenticity because people connect best with sincerity and genuine human experiences, making our virtual interactions more meaningful.
I try to be as authentic as possible.
This also means to think: 'Oh, fu**! Did i really just send this?' after some posts.
As well as some spelling mistakes.
Especially in the beginning i had some anxiety about it.
In the meanwhile i am totally fine with it. :D

Consistency! This discussion is so fitting to the launch of our Creator Compass, because it has helped us to stay consistent and hold ourselves accountable, which is the number 1 thing. Engagement matters of course, but in the end of the day, you simply just need to outrun everyone. Stay active and keep going.
Audience/Engagment I kind of agree with what you said, quality interactions will bring quantity of likes and shares anyway OR should do, obviosuly depending on your following.
I'm here to read the answers. For me, it's difficult to find my way in social media. So, I appreciate this question :)

Providing information and value to an audience. Some content hits. Others don’t. As long as the path is lined with value adds and helping the audience to solve a problem, engagement will come
I feel most creators don’t prioritize their audience as much as they should and mostly focus on vanity metrics.
I always try to adapt to what my clients like to see (likes, comments) but what always get the sales is staying true to the audience and putting them first by adding value.
I agree with you. I don't care about the number of subscribers if their engagement grows.

Like what are the common goals of all the posts you are pushing out. It can be 'sign-ups', 'website visits' or even creating awareness. Then make the content relevant and engaging based on that.
