Honestly, launch success seems to vary greatly. It seems that consumer based apps/websites get more voting than saas. Also, following current market trends (like AI) and creating something new and interesting helps with launch. Some of my most successful products didn’t have the best product hunt launches, so I don’t think product hunt launch success really determines real world product launch success.
