The best business book I got my hands on this year was "Good to Great" by Jim Collins.
It really opened my eyes to how certain companies achieve exceptional and sustained success.
The book enlightened me on principles, emphasizing leadership, focus, culture, and talent. I think it's an excellent place to start.
I only regret not reading the book sooner 😅.
Sprint by Jake Knapp. It describes how to validate ideas in a very short time - ideally a week but I think it can be translated to a two week stint, too, depending on your resources.
For a little bit different perspective, to gain technical insight of how an enterprise application should be maintained Continuous Delivery by Jez Humble and David Farley. It seems like a scary read at first but describes very complex processes and concepts to an every day language and highlights why it's beneficial for businesses to consider technical aspects of cutting waste by doing organized technical work.
