What 'rituals' have you implemented with your team recently that help with alignment & momentum?

Daily stand ups, weekly wins and monthly all hands seem to be working for us currently but I'm always interested to hear how others stay connected and aligned while working remotely / to a hybrid model. What’s working for you?

Right now I'm implementing quality backlog refinement with the product team. Nothing beats alignment more than having the same transparent plan. I believe the backlog clarity is the essence of all else we do for management.
