Drinking less alcohol
I start my day with free writing for 10-15 minutes. It helps me clear my mind, identify any worries, and set intentions for the day.

I try to take short breaks throughout the day to move around, stretch, and rest my eyes from screens. Also been experimenting with the Pomodoro technique lately to stay focused during deep work sessions - 25 min sprints with 5 min breaks. Seems to be helping my productivity!
