Realizing most users don't read instructions - had to make UI dummy-proof.

@simonas_kauzonas I guess most users tend to be either overwhelmed or excited when using an app, specially if it's their first time.

For sure realizing the importance of a totally intuitive user experience. So many users just dive right into an app without any onboarding. Had to really simplify workflows, add tooltips everywhere, and use extra clear microcopy. It's wild how people will miss what seems obvious to the makers!

Definitely realizing the importance of clear, intuitive UX design early on. Like you said, most users won't read instructions, so it's critical to design the UI and onboarding flow to be as self-explanatory as possible. A little extra effort upfront to make things 'dummy-proof' saves a ton of headaches and churn down the line!
