Regularly stretching and exercising the shoulders and neck while seated at the computer, approximately every 45 minutes.

@brody_slade True, thanks for reminding me! However, working on the computer takes all my attention, and these are the things that I forget to do.

@brody_slade @viktorbresan I totally get that! It's easy to get caught up in the work and forget the small things. Maybe setting a reminder could help?

@brody_slade @nestolobo It could be beneficial, but it might also disrupt my flow when I'm "in the zone". What do you think?

Stop procrastinating ! Was on my 2024 new years resolutions... Cannot procrastinate this one longer 😅
Ernest Wolfe
@louise_peiffer Haha, I totally get that! It's always easier to put things off, but tackling it head-on now will feel amazing.

Trying not to time block too much, it's keeping me from that zombie-mode where hours disappear. My energy's better, and surprisingly, getting more done.

@tjlarkin It's amazing how being mindful of time can actually boost energy and productivity. Here's to more focused, energy filled hours!

Trying to sleep at least 8 hrs but going 5hrs!
Ernest Wolfe
@veeresh_devireddy I feel you! It's tough to stick to that 8-hour goal. Hopefully, you'll catch up on sleep soon!

This week, I’m focusing on improving my sporting activity levels. It’s been on my mind for a while, and I’m determined to make it a more consistent habit. It feels great to take steps toward better health and balance.

@stoyan_korudzhiev Consistency is key when it comes to fitness, and it's great to see you taking steps toward better health. Wishing you all the best in making it a regular habit!

@nestolobo Thank you so much for the encouragement! You’re absolutely right, consistency is everything, and I’m taking it one step at a time.

Go to bed before midnight and control the time I waste on my phone 😂

@focusaur That's a great goal! I definitely need to work on reducing screen time before bed too. Good luck with it! 😄

This week I'm trying to improve my morning routine: get up earlier and exercise right away, at least light exercise.

Take more notes in a notebook instead of digital, helps me remember way better.
