Starting my day with a run has completely transformed how I manage my day. Running not only boosts my energy but also clears my mind, helping me set a positive tone for the day ahead. It gives me the focus and mental clarity

@vitaliy_ivanyshyn I totally agree. I try to workout and go for a run whenever I get the chance. It really helps me in clearing my thoughts too. :D
